Ultimate Video Player

Ultimate Video Player

Ever get tired of having to find or download video codecs for a strange video file you want to play? I you are like me you probably have 3 or more different video players (Windows Media, Quicktime, etc). Usually I try opening the video file in each of these players to find one that will work, if not I will do a search for a player that plays the strange file extension. Well we might just be able to put all of that behind us with this video player VLC Media Player. VLC PLayer

It is open source and 100% free! It is available for just about any operating system including OSX and numerous Linux distro’s. There is nothing fancy about the player and the layout and controls are pretty simple. It might not have a ton of features as with other players but it gets the job done which is watching video in different formats. I have played with this player using many different video formats and it has played them all without a hitch. It even played an ISO image file of a DVD movie which I have never seen before! The only format that it will not play is “Real Player” files which is no big deal.

So check it out because it may just be the last Video player you ever download.

I wiped my laptop a while back, & after re-loading Windows XP, Windows Media Player wouldn’t play my DVD’s. After doing some research, I could’ve spent some of my $chweet moolah on some new software or I could download VLC for free. You know which option I took, & it worked fine.
